Our modern South Florida surgical center, founded by Dr. Barnavon, includes a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical facility accredited by the Joint Commission (JCAHO). We are one of the few plastic surgery centers with this distinction in the United States. Joint Commission accreditation ensures that all procedures are performed with the highest safety standards.
The ambulatory surgical facility allows our physicians to safely perform more complex procedures in an out-patient setting. Many plastic surgery procedures that would normally be scheduled at a hospital can be safely performed as out-patient procedures.

Every member has been thoughtfully selected for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a welcoming, seamless experience for every individual who walks through our doors.

Over 18 years of experience in the medical field, with a strong foundation in patient care and administrative leadership. Her career began as a medical assistant, working closely with oncology patients, a specialty that remains close to her heart. Over the years, she has grown into her current role as a surgical coordinator and office manager. For the past 10 years, she has been a proud member of a compassionate, collaborative team and takes great satisfaction in supporting both patients and staff every day.
With 27 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Aesthetics and Skin Care, she began her career as a Surgical Technologist and has grown steadily within the field. Passionate about her work, she thrives as part of a skilled surgical team, finding great reward in supporting patients through their transformative journeys. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, gardening, crafting, and cooking.
BSN Nurse with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, proudly graduated from Miami Regional University. Passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered care and dedicated to improving the well-being and comfort of every patient.
With 25 years of healthcare experience, has spent the past 8 years proudly growing with the PSSSF team. Began the journey as a front desk receptionist and has since advanced to the role of Patient Care Coordinator. Truly enjoys interacting with patients, guiding them through their surgical experience, and sharing in their excitement over the results. Being part of their journey and part of this incredible team is a source of great pride.
Currently studying nursing at FIU and excited to begin a career in healthcare. In this first role, brings a strong eagerness to learn and grow while contributing to a team dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals in a positive, supportive environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish, passionate about interacting with patients and ensuring they feel welcomed, comfortable, and well cared for from the moment they arrive.
Reese Daley, originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, brings a strong background in both psychology and nursing to the practice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University. Reese began her nursing career in the Pediatric float pool ICU at Dallas Children’s Medical Center before transitioning to the Pediatric ER. She later continued her work in critical care at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in the PICU, bringing a wealth of experience in care to her current role.
